This hotel is a real gem! The rooms wrap around the perimeter with a fabulous view before heading home in the house across the street. The large patio with table and chairs, chaise lounges, and a 5X5 spa tub with hot and cold running water is just exquisite. The service here is top-notch, with welcoming and helpful staff on a little back alley. The location is second to none, within walking distance of all the sights in the old village of Puerto Vallarta. The dining experience was average, but the hotel's facilities really shine.

My stay at the Cleopatra Suite was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the spacious patio with a relaxing spa tub. The service was beyond amazing, with incredibly friendly staff. The location was phenomenal, right in the heart of the old village of Puerto Vallarta. The dining experience was average, but the overall facilities were great.
